Check in by phone
A customer asked me if she could use her phone to like, scan a code on our screen to check in on her phone/her app so that she doesn’t have to check in at the kiosk. Some of my customers just want all their check-in info right on their phone.
Digital gift cards
My customers want to use our salon’s gift cards but lose them all the time. Gift cards on the phone are safer for forgetful people.
Restricted list
Our salon has been violated a few times by some Karens or some petty thieves, so we think beside the customer database, we can also have a list of restricted people who are banned from our salon, with their histories, their photos, their info.
NFC payment
Use NFC function of smartphones to allow card payments on SalonSoft. This way, more techs can check out for customers at the same time.
