NailSoft Annual Subscription Terms

• Customers receive POS hardware Aurora-in-One if signed up for our Unlimited Software Plan of $149.95/mo. A 12-month prepayment is required (i.e., $1800) upon signing, with another $1800 due at the beginning of the 13th month. After the contract ends, the customer can choose to pay monthly at a $149.95 rate to continue the use of NailSoft POS Software. The customer will own Aurora-in-One hardware after the term of the contract.
• The length of the contract is 24 months with no cancellation allowed. Merchants will have to pay the second $1800 installment even if they choose to stop using the service after the first 30 days.
• In addition to the Software package, customers agree to use a minimum of $50 in promotional SMS per month. Unused credit can be rolled over monthly until the contract ends (i.e., the customer is required to use the minimum of $1200 in SMS over 24 months). Any unused SMS credit at the end of the 24 months will expire after the contract (24 months).
• Hardware can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date and is subject to a 20% restocking fee of the hardware cost of $1999.95. The customer pays for return shipping.

• The length of the contract is 24 months with no cancellation allowed after 30 days. Merchants will have to pay for the software even if they choose to stop using the service after the first 30 days.
• Customers will receive a 50% discount of up to $50 per month on promotional SMS.
• Hardware can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date and is subject to a 20% restocking fee of the hardware cost of $1999.95. The customer pays for return shipping.
